Founder Ethics & Community Guidelines
High Ticket Ventures (HTV) is committed to building a community where integrity, respect, and accountability form the foundation of everything we do. Our success relies heavily on the trust and ethical standards upheld by our founders.
Our community thrives because its members operate ethically, transparently, and with genuine respect towards one another. Unethical actions by any member can damage the integrity of our entire network. Thus, we take these guidelines seriously and expect all members to fully uphold them.
At High Ticket Ventures, ethical behavior means:
- Client Results Above All:
Ensuring your products or services consistently achieve promised results. Client success is paramount, and founders are expected to work relentlessly to deliver outcomes aligned with their marketing and contractual agreements. - Honesty in Marketing and Sales:
Never misrepresent your product, service, results, testimonials, or credentials. Lying or deliberately misleading clients or prospects is strictly prohibited. - Fairness and Respect: Treat your co-founders, employees, clients, and stakeholders fairly and respectfully.
- Integrity with Investors and Partners: Always communicate honestly and transparently with investors, partners, and advisors.
- Financial Integrity:
Treating invested capital and company funds responsibly, ensuring all spending directly contributes to the company's growth and strategic goals. - Professionalism: Honoring commitments, including handshake deals, contractual obligations, and verbal agreements.
- Community Respect: Never spamming or aggressively promoting unsolicited products, services, events, or investments within our community.
- Privacy and Security: Ensuring your company addresses privacy and security issues promptly, effectively, and transparently.
- Reputation: Always behave in ways that positively reflect on yourself, your company, and High Ticket Ventures.
- Application Integrity: Being truthful and accurate throughout the HTV application and interview process.
The HTV community aims to foster an environment that empowers ambitious founders and encourages respectful collaboration. The following guidelines apply both within our online platforms and at offline events:

Violation of these guidelines may result in actions including warnings, suspension from our community, or removal of founder status and all associated benefits. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to protect the community by taking appropriate measures against individuals whose behavior compromises our collective integrity and safety.
High Ticket Ventures welcomes and encourages participation from all ambitious founders who share our values, regardless of identity, background, or perspective. Our strength lies in our diversity, provided interactions remain constructive, respectful, and collaborative.
We stand by our founders wholeheartedly, even in challenging times—as long as they uphold these ethical standards and community guidelines. Together, we build successful businesses founded on respect, integrity, and relentless commitment to results.
